Flooring Installer – Click-Lock Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)

Confidential Apartment Renovation Project – Tucson, AZ

Pay: $0.75 per square foot | Immediate Start | High-Volume Work Available

We are seeking highly experienced flooring installers for a large apartment renovation project in Tucson. This position is specifically for installers with deep, hands-on experience installing click-lock luxury vinyl plank / wood-look vinyl flooring.

This is installation-only work. The apartments are vacant, prepared, and ready for flooring when you arrive.

Compensation

$0.75 per square foot installed
Minimum production expectation: 1,000 square feet per day
At 1,000 SF/day: $750 per day
Experienced, fast installers can earn the equivalent of $75+ per hour
Consistent work available for installers who meet production and quality standards
Scope of Work

You will complete one vacant apartment at a time, installing flooring throughout:

Bedrooms

Living room
Kitchen
Other designated flooring areas
The flooring product will be staged and ready for installation.

What You Will NOT Be Responsible For

No demolition

No flooring removal
No baseboard installation
No moving residents or furniture
No occupied apartments
No material delivery or staging
Your job is straightforward: arrive ready to install and produce high-quality flooring quickly.

Production Requirement

This is a high-volume project. Installers must consistently be capable of installing a minimum of 1,000 square feet per full workday while maintaining professional-quality workmanship.

If your normal production is substantially below 1,000 SF per day, this position will not be a good fit.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience installing click-lock LVP / vinyl wood flooring
Proven ability to install 1,000+ SF per day
Strong knowledge of layout, cuts, transitions, doorways, and proper click-lock installation techniques
Must provide your own professional flooring installation tools
Must produce clean, accurate, finished work
Must be dependable and able to work independently
Must be available for an immediate start
Must be able to commit to a minimum of 6 full workdays per week
Must have reliable transportation to the jobsite in Tucson
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for experienced field installers, not entry-level flooring helpers or individuals learning the trade.

This opportunity is best suited for installers who are accustomed to production flooring work and want the ability to earn strong daily income without spending time on demolition, material staging, furniture moving, or baseboard work.
