EXPERIENCED FLOORING INSTALLER – $25–$34+/HR – FULL-TIME W-2 + BENEFITS

Established flooring company serving the Portland / Vancouver area is looking for an experienced flooring installer to join our team.

PAY: $25–$34+ PER HOUR

Pay depends on experience, quality of work, and ability to work independently.

This is a full-time W-2 position with consistent year-round work.

We are not looking for someone who needs constant supervision. We are looking for a professional who understands flooring installation, takes pride in the finished product, shows up on time, and can handle a job correctly.

Experience preferred with:

• LVP / LVT / click flooring
• Laminate
• Engineered hardwood
• Hardwood
• Floor preparation and leveling
• Baseboards and finish work
• Demo and removal

GOOD INSTALLERS WILL BE PAID ACCORDINGLY.

If you can take a project, understand what needs to be done, solve normal job-site problems without needing someone standing over you, and leave behind professional-quality work, we are willing to pay for that ability.

We normally start with a short paid 1–2 week trial period to make sure the position is a good fit for both sides.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional flooring installation experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and communication
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
