Flooring Installers & Sanders Needed - Hardwood/LVP/Carpet

Knots Flooring is a growing flooring team dedicated to top-tier craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. We handle residential and commercial projects ranging from hardwood, LVP, laminate, engineered hardwood, to tile and carpet installation. We value reliability, skill, and attention to detail. Must have strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes. We are also looking for hardwood sanding and refinishing crews with proven high quality results. SUBCONTRACTORS with their business set up and proof of liability insurance only.

Job Responsibilities:

Remove and dispose of old flooring materials safely. Inspect, clean, and level subfloors prior to installation. Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials accurately according to blueprints or room layouts. Install hardwood, laminate, LVP, tile, or carpet with clean transitions and trim work. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean job site daily. Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites across the local area.
