JOB DESCRIPTION
Partner with an industry leader! Operating across 8 states, our company has been leading the flooring industry by providing unmatched support and a steady pipeline of work for top-tier installation talent. While other shops slow down, we keep our crews busy year-round with consistent residential and commercial projects throughout the Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley, CO market. We offer quick and easy morning load-outs directly from our Loveland, CO facility, along with on-site trash disposal to save your crew time and dumping fees. We provide the work orders and pay weekly; you bring the skill.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete teardown, floor prep, and professional installation of flooring materials to trade and product standards/specifications.
Pick up materials (carpet only, hard surfaces delivered to customer directly) efficiently during morning load-outs at our Loveland, CO facility and transport them safely to job sites.
Return to the facility for quick, hassle-free trash and debris disposal upon job completion.
Review work orders, inspect job site conditions, and verify layout measurements before cutting materials.
Maintain professional communication and clean work areas while on client properties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional flooring installation experience required for the crew lead.
Crew & Setup: Must have your own skilled, multi-person crew or single man, reliable work vehicle (truck/van), and all necessary trade tools.
Legal Status: Must be actively and legally registered as a business entity in the State of Colorado.
Insurance: Must hold and maintain active General Liability and/or Workers' Compensation insurance policies.
Background Check: All crew members must be able to successfully pass a criminal background screening before onboarding.
