I hold Florida Class "A" General contractor license(s) in good standing. Looking for a Company/Business organization/Individual for Qualifier situation (min 2yr contract); must be able to pass background check, Credit Check provide references as needed and be sound financially (per state requirements). Prefer organization based in Central Florida but, for right situation will consider other locations, or organizations from outside state looking to expand. Will not act as a FRO. You must provide all insurances, bonds and cover cost of license qualification of business. I have held CGC licenses for over 25years, so please NO BS.
