Organic Pest Management Solutions, an established pest management company with more than 20 years of industry experience, is expanding into Boca Raton and South Florida.

We are seeking an experienced Florida Certified Pest Control Operator who is properly licensed and qualified to help us legally operate and grow a mosquito and general pest-control business in Florida.

This is much more than a technician position.

For the right person, we are looking to develop a long-term business partnership with meaningful potential equity/ownership in the South Florida operation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate:

Holds current and active Florida pest-control certifications

Is qualified in General Household Pest & Rodent Control and/or Lawn & Ornamental Pest Control
Has strong mosquito-control experience
Can potentially serve as the Certified Operator in Charge
Understands Florida pest-control regulations and compliance
Has residential and commercial pest-control experience
Can help recruit, train and supervise technicians
Is professional, reliable and entrepreneurial
Wants to help build a major South Florida operation rather than simply work a route

Termite/WDO certification is a major plus.
