Organic Pest Management Solutions, an established New York pest management company, is expanding into South Florida and is seeking an experienced, properly licensed Florida pest control professional to help launch and grow our Boca Raton operation.

This is a unique opportunity for the right person.

We are not simply looking for an applicator. We are looking for someone who wants to become a key part of building a major mosquito, tick, termite, and general pest-control business in South Florida.

What We Are Looking For

Florida pest-control licensing applicable to mosquito control and general household pest control
Termite/WDO licensing or experience is a major plus
Strong knowledge of Florida pesticide regulations and compliance
Experience servicing residential and commercial properties
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work independently and help supervise future technicians
Professional, dependable, motivated, and interested in growing with the company
Responsibilities
Help establish and maintain the company's Florida licensing and regulatory compliance
Perform and/or supervise mosquito, tick, and general pest-control applications
Inspect residential and commercial properties
Apply larvicides, adulticides, perimeter treatments, and other approved pest-control products
Maintain accurate treatment and pesticide-use records
Assist with training and supervising technicians as the company expands
Maintain equipment and vehicles
Help develop routes and customer relationships throughout Palm Beach County and surrounding areas
Work directly with ownership to help build the South Florida operation
