Commercial Kitchen Equipment & Facilities Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Kitchen Equipment & Facilities Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment while also possessing general maintenance knowledge related to plumbing, HVAC/R systems, and facility repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen and cooking equipment.
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on plumbing, HVAC/R, refrigeration, and general facility systems.
Respond promptly to service calls while providing outstanding customer service.
Complete work orders and maintain accurate service and repair documentation.
Communicate effectively with customers, management, and dispatch personnel.
Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair, HVAC/R, facilities maintenance, or a related field.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, plumbing, and property maintenance.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Additional Information
This position requires travel to customer locations and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Additional duties may be assigned as business needs require.
