Lawn Care & Grass Cuts: Cutting yards to prevent city violations, weed eating, and clearing overgrown vegetation
Handyman Tasks: Changing door locks, boarding windows/doors, minor roof repairs/tarping, or replacing sump pumps
Clean Outs & Debris Removal: Hauling away trash, removing old carpet, and handling natural or structural debris
Photo Inspections: Documenting property conditions (exterior 360 views, foundations, mechanicals)
