Position Description

Job Title: Foreman
Reports To: Superintendent
Date: May 2026

Overview: To lead and manage the working crews

Responsibilities:

• Running the job site
• Communication with site Superintendent, Management, and Employees
• Ability to perform problem solving on site
• Ability to perform quality control mechanics
• Ability to meet and achieve production standards
• Ability to understand the management of people (who to call and when)
• Ensuring the crews have the necessary tools and materials
• Maintain, clean, and fuel company vehicles
• Ability to read project plans
• Lead by example (attendance and time management)
• Complete and manage time sheets and work performed
• Complete daily logs on job sites
• Track and report on materials used
• Other tasks as assigned

Education: GED or High School diploma preferred
Experience: 6 months previous experience preferred; On the job training available
Certifications and Licenses: Driver’s license required

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently through the day
Must be able to push pull and carry
Must be able to use hands to manipulate tools and materials
Must be able to reach with arms
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to kneel consistently through the day
Must be able to bend and twist
Must be able to see and hear
Must be able to work in Summer heat and Winter cold
