Foreman – Commercial Specialties Installer ($28–$35/hr DOE)

Beach Building Specialties is hiring a Foreman to lead commercial installations across the Phoenix metro and statewide. We've been serving Arizona's commercial construction industry for decades, and we complete over 400 projects a year — toilet partitions, lockers, restroom accessories, wall protection, signage, and more.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead and perform installation of Division 10 products on active commercial job sites
• Read commercial plans and lay out work accurately
• Complete daily logs and pull job details on a company iPad
• Communicate professionally with GC superintendents
• Keep jobs on schedule and crews productive

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in a finishing trade (carpentry, millwork, glazing, drywall finish, or similar)
• Detail-oriented — your work is the last thing the customer sees
• Reliable — you show up every day, on time. This is non-negotiable.
• You work fast and efficiently without cutting corners
• Teachable, positive, and a good teammate
• Comfortable using an iPad for daily documentation
• Can read commercial construction plans
• Takes real pride in the finished product

PAY & BENEFITS:

• $28–$35/hour depending on experience
