Foreman / Crew Chief

FOREMAN / CREW CHIEF

We are looking for a dependable, experienced Foreman / Crew Chief to lead our crews working primarily in secure data center environments.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be responsible for keeping the crew productive, making sure work is completed safely and correctly, and communicating with management and site personnel.

Current project duties include:

• Lead and supervise the crew on a daily basis
• Assign tasks and keep the crew moving efficiently
• Oversee removal of insulation and debris from air handling units
• Oversee installation of replacement evaporative media
• Ensure debris is properly removed and disposed of
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Ensure crew members are following safety procedures and wearing required PPE
• Communicate jobsite issues, delays, and progress to management
• Follow site-specific security and safety requirements
• Work alongside the crew and be willing to get your hands dirty

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience leading a crew or working as a Foreman/Crew Leader
• Can give clear direction and hold people accountable
• Is a self-starter who doesn't need to be constantly supervised
• Can make decisions in the field and solve problems
• Has a strong "can-do" attitude
• Is dependable, punctual, and organized
• Can communicate professionally with customers, site personnel, and management
• Can keep a crew focused, productive, and working safely
• Is comfortable performing physical work alongside the crew

Applicant must have:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Composite-toe work boots
• Ability to perform physical labor
• Background check REQUIRED before employment

Training and required PPE will be provided, including goggles, respirator, and coveralls.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Weekly pay
• Starting pay based on experience and performance
• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Year-round work
• Opportunity for growth
