Foreman / Field Super — Path to Estimator/PM — Structural Concrete

Tired of being on the tools forever? We're a structural concrete company in Livermore looking for an experienced foreman or field supervisor who's ready to move into the office — no estimating experience required, we will train you.
We've done this before. Two years ago we brought in a foreman with strong field experience, trained him from scratch, and today he bids and runs his own projects. He's moving on, and we want to build the same path for the right person — with real potential to become our senior estimator and lead PM down the road.
What you need:

Field experience running crews — foreman, super, or field supervisor
Real knowledge of how concrete jobs actually get built (sequencing, crews, equipment, costs)
Sharp with numbers and reading plans
Reliable, good judgment, respected by your crew
