Foreman for Residential Construction / Working Foreman – South Bay

A residential construction company in the south bay is looking for an experienced, hands-on foreman for ground-up single-family home projects.

Our focus is completing most trades in-house, so familiarity with all major residential construction trades is a must. The ideal candidate can read and build from plans A–Z, manage crews, perform hands-on work, handle inspections, and work through grading, foundations, framing, rough construction, finishes, and final completion.

Fluent English and Spanish are required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Driver’s license will be verified during the interview.
