FOREMAN / LEAD REMODELING CARPENTER

JLG JR Flooring & Remodeling is seeking an experienced Foreman / Lead Carpenter to oversee residential remodeling projects throughout Broward County

Responsibilities:

Manage daily job site operations
Supervise laborers and subcontractors
Read plans and ensure work is completed to specifications
Coordinate material deliveries and job schedules
Maintain quality control and job site safety
Communicate with homeowners and management
Perform hands-on work.
Have to be able to drive truck and trailer to job sites

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of residential remodeling experience
Strong knowledge of flooring installation, bathroom remodeling, trim work, drywall, framing, and finish carpentry
Ability to manage projects and crew
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to troubleshoot problems and keep projects moving forward
Must be dependable, professional, and motivated

Preferred:

Experience with luxury residential remodels
Own basic hand tools
