FOREMAN / OPS – STRIPING & SEALCOAT (RUN JOBS)

North NJ – Immediate Hire

Looking for a hands-on guy who knows striping + sealcoat and can run a crew and get jobs done right.

👉 Not a helper. Not entry level.
👉 Need someone who’s actually been in the field.

What You’ll Do

Run striping + sealcoat jobs start to finish
Lead a crew (3–8 guys)
Keep jobs moving fast + clean
Handle basic issues on-site (equipment, layout, etc.)

You Must Have

Real experience with striping / sealcoating / asphalt
Led jobs or crews before
Show up, take ownership, no babysitting

Pay

Strong pay based on experience
Bonus for production / performance
Opportunity to grow with the company

Preferred:

• Line striping, asphalt repair & sealcoating experience
• English/Spanish bilingual
