Foreman (Waterproofing, Carpentry, Concrete)

Mason Reconstruction is hiring an experienced Foreman to run field crews on Multifamily construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage a crew, hold a quality standard, and keep jobs moving on schedule and on budget.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and manage field crews performing waterproofing, carpentry, and concrete work
• Coordinate daily on-site activity with project managers and ownership to keep projects on time and on budget
• Perform hands-on work including light framing, general installations, concrete flatwork, and site setup. Painting, drywall, tile, and flooring skills are a plus
• Run concrete flatwork scopes start to finish: forming, pouring, finishing, and saw cutting for walkways, slabs, landings, and patios
• Order and coordinate materials, tools, and labor for every scope
• Train field crews to the Mason Reconstruction standard and lead by example
• Maintain daily progress reports, enforce safety protocols, and follow all construction regulations
• Communicate project updates to management and clients
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Foreman on waterproofing and carpentry projects.
• Concrete experience strongly preferred, especially flatwork forming, pouring, and finishing
• Knowledge of multifamily renovation projects, including structural and cosmetic repairs
• Ability to read blueprints and project plans and execute detailed work accurately
• Proven ability to manage a job site
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse crew
• Clear communicator and well organized (bilingual English and Spanish a plus)
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and reliable transportation to job sites
• Must pass a drug screen, background check and physical.
