Foremen, Lead Carpenters, Carpenters – Exterior Envelope

WES Construction is a Seattle-based general contractor specializing in exterior-envelope remediation and rehabilitation for occupied condominium communities. We are seeking experienced Foremen, Lead Carpenters, and Carpenters who take pride in quality work and want to be part of a company that values professionalism, organization, and doing the job right.

Our work is not basic production framing. Our projects involve complex exterior-envelope repairs, window and door replacement, siding, weather-resistant barrier work, deck reconstruction, and structural framing repairs in occupied residential environments. We are looking for experienced people who understand how to deliver quality work while maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and professional jobsite.

We are looking for people with strong experience in one or more of the following:

• Framing and sheathing repairs
• Window and door replacement
• Siding and exterior trim installation
• WRB / waterproofing work
• Deck and exterior reconstruction

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Foremen and Lead Carpenters should also have:

• Experience leading crews and coordinating daily work
• Ability to read plans and think ahead
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality control and jobsite organization
• Ability to keep work moving while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

Compensation and benefits:

• Full-time work
• Competitive pay: $35.00–$50.00/hour, depending on experience and position
