Forestry mulcher operator/ mechanic

$500 a day after 1 year
Starts at $400 if you have forestry mulcher experience and are very good. Otherwise pay is to be determined.

Mulching Day rate pay is paid per completed day rate job

Pay is weekly and paid on Tuesday

Operator pays for operator error damages

Working at shop is lower pay

Forestry mulching experience preferred. If you don't have experience you'll need to be a good mechanic.

Mechanic experience required. You will preform maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers and equipment. You need to be a pretty decent mechanic.

Welding and metal fabrication preferred. If you don't know how you will need to learn quickly.

Must have your own reliable transportation. Not shared vehicles or pick up and drop off.

Must be able to work m-f no exceptions. No coming in late or leaving early. My business can't operate that way. You must be dedicated to the entire day when you work.

A typical day consists of :

Arrive at shop in willis at 6am
Up to 2hrs of driving to the jobsite
8hrs of mulching at jobsite
(8hr work time starts no later than 2 hours after leaving shop in willis).
Up to 1hr of maintenance at jobsite
Drive back to shop.

If you schedule 7 days in advance you can have any day off for any reason.

I have an extremely low tolerance for being late, missing work, or showing up hung over/tired
