Form Carpenters & Laborers

We are seeking skilled reliable Form Carpenters & laborers to join our construction team.
You will be responsible for constructing, erecting, and dismantling concrete forms, ensuring high-quality workmanship on commercial projects.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in building forms, setting foundations, and working with both wood and metal forms.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and materials needed.
-Form Construction: Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wooden or metal forms for pouring concrete, including foundations, walls, and slabs.
-Installation & Setting: Erect forms, ensure they are properly aligned, braced, and install reinforcing materials (rebar) as needed.
-Pouring & Finishing: Assist with pouring concrete into forms and ensure forms maintain shape.
-Dismantling: Safely remove forms, joists, and scaffolding after concrete is set, maintaining safety protocols at all times.
-Reliable transportation and your own basic hand tools.

**The initial assignment will be on an Air Force base and you will need to pass a background check.
