Forman Cabinet maker

I'm looking for an experienced foreman who is reliable and has the ability to lead and oversee project execution.
This is a 1099 contractor full-time position.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Supervise cabinet crew and ensure projects are completed on time
2. Inventory materials when received at the shop
3. Shop safety is a priority
4. Practice 100% safety standards at all times in the shop

Requirements:

 Minimum 10 - years' experience as a cabinet maker/woodworking
□ Expertise in all aspects of cabinetry building, including advanced machine and hand tool skills
 Strong leadership and communication skills
 Ability to demonstrate craftsmanship and provide proof of experience—this is not an entry-level position
 Ability to lead and oversee project execution
 Able to communicate with client if necessary
 Basic knowledge of other trades
 Must be able to read, write, and speak English (Spanish is an asset)
 Clean DMV record and valid Driver's license

This is a 1099 contractor position, full time, NOT an employee role.
