First Place Homes LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable foundation and masonry contractor for two residential construction projects in Richmond, Virginia.

PROJECT 1

Foundation for a rear addition containing two studio units.

Scope includes:

Excavation for approximately 80 linear feet of footings.

Reinforced concrete footings.

Concrete block and brick foundation walls.

Anchor bolts and foundation vents.

Foundation construction coordinated with existing house floor elevation.

PROJECT 2:

Foundation for a two-studio courtyard building.

Scope includes:

Site preparation and reinforced monolithic concrete slab.

Slab forming, reinforcement and concrete placement.

Anchor bolts.

Coordination of underground plumbing before concrete placement.

Exterior masonry work as specified in the final plans.

IMPORTANT:

LABOR-ONLY BIDS REQUESTED.

First Place Homes LLC supplies materials.

Contractors must provide their own tools, equipment and labor.

Experience with residential foundations required.

Must be appropriately licensed and insured.

Work must comply with approved plans and applicable permit and inspection requirements.

Reliable communication and a firm work schedule required.
