Description
Growing construction company is looking for an experienced framing and foundation team for residential remodels, additions, ADUs, and new construction projects throughout Los Angeles.
We are looking for a reliable crew with strong experience in:
- Layout and excavation
- Footings, forms, rebar, and concrete
- Slab and raised foundations
- Anchor bolts, hold downs, and structural hardware
- Wood framing
- Shear walls
- Roof framing
- Window and door openings
- Reading plans and structural details
- Preparing work for city inspections
- Proven framing and foundation experience
- Must be able to read construction plans
- Must understand Los Angeles building requirements
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Must maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Must be dependable and able to meet agreed schedules
- References and photos of completed work required
