FOUNDATION / MASONRY / CONCRETE SUBCONTRACTORS WANTED

Merrell Building Enterprise Inc. is looking for experienced, dependable subcontractors for residential additions, porches, and other remodeling projects.

We’re interested in contractors who perform block foundations, poured concrete foundations, or both. Contractors specializing in either are welcome.

Looking for the ability to handle:

• Foundation excavation and footings.
• Block and/or poured concrete foundation walls.
• Backfilling and rough grading upon completion.
• Concrete flatwork, including sidewalks, rat slabs, basement slabs, and other concrete slabs.

Prefer contractors who can handle their own excavation, backfilling, and rough grading. If you specialize in only part of this work, we still want to hear from you.

Must be properly licensed and insured, carry workers’ compensation as required, and have your own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation. References and photos of previous work requested.

Work primarily in Carroll, Baltimore, Frederick, and Howard counties, Maryland.
