DESKA Foundation Repair is a rapidly growing regional leader in Foundation Repair and Waterproofing growing an average of 34% each year, over the last 13 years!
DESKA is seeking motivated and professional foundation repair / waterproofing technicians with moderate concrete or masonry construction experience.
Candidates must be able to diagnose and repair common foundation problems and install drainage systems, sump pumps, and concrete. Candidates must be competent in light plumbing, masonry, concrete, and carpentry. The ability to drive a truck with trailer is required.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Three years concrete/masonry/waterproofing/structural repair experience
2. Driver's license in good standing and transportation
3. Speak clear and fluent English, Spanish is a plus
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
5. Ladder use up to 20FT
6. Pick up and carry up to 75lbs
Compensation for Foremen is $38 per hour with overtime and bonuses.
Compensation for Technicians is $28 per hour with overtime and bonuses.
