About the Role

As a Structural Assessors, you'll meet with homeowners and property owners who have requested an inspection for structural concerns. You'll evaluate each property, educate clients about the issues, recommend the appropriate repair solution, and guide them through the process from consultation to signed agreement.

This is a relationship-driven sales role where your success comes from building trust, solving problems, and delivering real value—not high-pressure sales tactics.

What You'll Do

Meet with pre-qualified homeowners, contractors, and real estate professionals
Perform on-site evaluations of foundations, crawlspaces, retaining walls, hillsides, and structural framing
Identify structural issues and recommend customized repair solutions
Prepare and present project proposals
Close high-value residential structural repair projects
Coordinate with engineering, permitting, and production teams to ensure a smooth project handoff
Maintain accurate CRM records and client communication throughout the sales process
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident in consultative sales, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience in construction sales, home improvement sales, estimating, inspections, or structural/foundation repair
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language
Comfortable working independently in the field
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to access crawlspaces, hillsides, and other active job sites when necessary

Structural or foundation experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits

Commission-Based Position

Training period earnings of $80,000+

Typical annual earnings: $100,000–$200,000+
Top performers earn $350,000+ annually
Uncapped commissions with unlimited earning potential

This is an in-person field position serving Los Angeles County and surrounding Southern California communities. Daily local travel is required.
