Fountain / Water Feature Construction

Full Time work available for skilled and experienced worker in the construction and installation of decorative fountains and water features. Construction experience is required. Experience in fountain/pool construction is helpful but we will train the right dependable person. Some concrete work, plumbing and electrical experience is needed. Pride of workmanship is important. Excellent salary based on experience, with benefits and yearly performance bonuses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Work requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength.

• Perform construction tasks involved with underground piping, concrete formwork and pouring, finishes, electrical work and installation of pump equipment.
• Able to read a tape measure in feet, inches and fractions.
• Operate hand and motorized tools including saws, grinders, trowels, cutoff saws, drills, hammers, chisels, etcetera.
• Ability to operate one or more pieces of construction motorized equipment after proper training.

OTHER HELPFUL QUALIFCATIONS (Helpful but Not necessarily Required)

• Experience with field layout / shooting and figuring grades.
• Experience reading construction plans.
• Experience forming and pouring architectural concrete walls.
• Experience with underground large diameter pvc (glue joint) piping.
• Experience with electrical wiring and electrical controls.
• Experience operating heavy equipment.
• OSHA 10/30 hour training certifications.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
