Frame to finish carpenter

Responsibilities

Wood framing and structural carpentry

Interior and exterior finish carpentry
Window and door installation
Cabinet and millwork installation
Decks, porches, and exterior trim
Siding installation and exterior repairs
Roofing installation and repairs
Tile installation and repairs
Interior and exterior painting
Drywall repair and preparation
General remodeling and residential construction
Read construction plans and work independently or with a team
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
Qualifications

5+ years of residential construction experience preferred
Strong framing and finish carpentry skills
Experience with remodeling and new custom home construction
Experience with siding, roofing, tiling, and painting
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
Own basic hand tools

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
