Framer - Residential Remodeling & Additions
Framer - Residential Remodeling & Additions
Description
A Note From Chris
Hi there, I'm Chris Hamlin, the President of Highland Ridge Remodeling.
I’ve been framing and remodeling homes for more than 35 years, and I’ve learned that this business really comes down to two things: the quality of the work and the quality of the people doing it.
We care about both.
This Framer role is a hands-on field position. You’ll work closely with a Project Manager and may work independently or have a carpenter or laborer working alongside you.
We’re looking for someone we can trust to take ownership of the work, solve problems, communicate well, and set a good example for the people around them.
Our clients are trusting us with their homes, their money, and sometimes a project they’ve dreamed about for years. We want someone who understands that.
Someone who notices the details. Someone who keeps a clean jobsite. Someone who can work on their own when needed, but who can also help anothers get better.
We believe good people should be paid well, treated well, and given room to grow.
We aren’t perfect, but we’re always trying to get better.
If you’re a skilled framer who wants more than just another construction job, I’d love to talk with you.
Take care,
Chris Hamlin
