FRAMING FOREMAN

Seeking an experienced, high-caliber Framing Foreman for residential construction.
Must have proven leadership abilities who can direct a crew and ensure high-quality construction on single-family homes or residential remodels. The ideal candidate will be a master builder who takes pride in delivering precise, square, and structurally flawless framing that serves as the perfect foundation for our high-end projects. You will be responsible for the structural integrity and layout of our builds—including timber framing, wall panels, floor systems, roof rafters and trusses, sheathing, and structural additions. You will manage the framing crew on-site ensuring every component perfectly aligns with architectural plans and engineering standards.
Our projects include: new home construction; additions; kitchen, bathroom, basement remodeling; decks; detached buildings &; custom projects within Albany, Saratoga, Rensselaer &; Schenectady Counties.
The candidate must follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area at all times.

Qualifications are a MUST

• Minimum 10-15 years' experience in residential rough carpentry and framing carpentry (high-end custom home experience preferred).
• Own a full set of professional hand and power tools and be proficient in their use.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the project.
• Ability to manage, mentor and motivate crews to increase productivity.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to interact with homeowners and other trades.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 70+ lbs, bending and working in varied weather conditions
