Basement + 2-story home
Framing labor only
Materials supplied by owner
Immediate start available

Scope of Work:

Basement framing
First-floor framing
Second-floor framing
Interior and exterior walls
Stair framing
Porch framing
Balcony framing
Roof sheathing
Blocking and bracing
Inspection corrections if required

Requirements

Minimum 5-man framing crew preferred
Residential framing experience required
Must have own tools, equipment, ladders, compressors, and transportation
Must provide references from recent residential framing projects

Ability to complete project within approximately 15 working days
