Freelance Jewelry Shipping + Customer Care Assistant

We are seeking a Freelance Shipping + Customer Care help for our growing team! This position is in office at our Irvington, NY office.

This position is 20-30 hrs a week in our Irvington, NY office.
Hours are flexible, but must be available 20+ hours Mon-Fri.
We're open: Mon-Fri 9am-530pm

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders
Assist with Customer Care Returns
Replenish inventory and assist in inventory cycle counts as needed
Have a working knowledge of current Electric Picks products and procedures
Partner with Customer Care team on order/product statuses
Maintain an organized shipping area and workflow
