Friendly Painting - Part-Time Employee (1099 Contractor)

Friendly Painting is Hiring!

We are looking for a reliable, well-rounded employee who can confidently represent our company on various job sites. This is a part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time for the right person.

Little experience is okay — we are willing to train someone who is motivated, dependable, and ready to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with residential and commercial painting projects
• Travel to multiple job sites when needed
• Help with prep work (taping, sanding, patching, etc.)
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Communicate professionally with clients when needed
• Assist with light coordination or basic admin tasks when required

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Punctual and dependable
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Painting or construction experience is helpful but not required
• Must be comfortable representing the company professionally

Compensation Details:

• Paid per job or hourly at $16-$20/hr
• 1099 Independent Contractor position
• Flexible part-time schedule
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time position
