FT Apartment Maintenance Tech

In search of an Apartment Maintenance Tech who is a jack of all trades to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with home repairs, have experience with light electrical and plumbing, drywall repair, landscaping, cleaning, painting, preventative maintenance, and more. Willing to train the right candidate.
Must be able to rotate being on-call after hours.
Requirements: Have High School diploma or equivalent and pass criminal background check.
40 hours per week between 8am-5pm. Benefits included after 90 days.
