** FULL AUTO MECHANIC & DIAGNOSTICS EXPERT **

We are seeking an experienced Auto Mechanic to service passenger vehicles, light trucks, and SUVs. Reporting to the service manager, shop foreman, and general manager, this role handles scheduled maintenance appointments and walk-in diagnostic and repair work using standard hand tools and OBD-II scanners. The position offers an opportunity as lead mechanic.
 
Responsibilities
Perform vehicle diagnostics.
Complete preventive maintenance for passenger vehicles, light trucks, and SUVs.
Diagnose/Service and repair brake systems.
Diagnose and repair engines and transmissions.
Diagnose and repair electrical systems.
Replace worn or damaged vehicle parts.
Diagnose suspension issues and complete required repairs.
Handle maintenance and walk-in diagnostic and repair work.
 
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in automotive repair.
 
Preferred Qualifications
Automotive diagnostics experience.
Engine repair experience.
Brake systems expertise.
Some Electrical systems experience.
OBD-II scanning experience.
Preventive maintenance experience.
Mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Seeking someone who can be a lead to all the techs and knows how to diagnose vehicle problems. Someone who is well experienced.
