Job Title: Remodeling Carpenter / Finisher

For nearly 50 years, G.R. Williams Building Contractor has earned a reputation on the Main Line for quality and integrity. We're a family-run, second-generation company doing full residential renovations, and we're hiring one skilled craftsman to work directly alongside the owner.

Above all, we need a strong painter and an expert with joint compound, capable of a true Level 5 drywall finish: smooth, skim-coated, and flawless under critical light. If that's your strength, keep reading.

A quick word on pay: your rate reflects your skill and the quality of your work. Because you'll work side by side with the owner, good craftsmanship shows for itself — a proven finisher earns the top of that range, and earns it quickly.

What we're looking for:

-Expert joint compound and drywall finishing, capable of a true Level 5 finish
-Strong, clean painting — prep, cutting in, and professional, consistent results
-Drywall hanging and repair
-Tiling
-Bathrooms and kitchens
-Interior trim and molding
-General carpentry — framing and cabinetry
-Whole-room and whole-home remodels

What we need from you:

-10+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience
-Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
-Your own basic hand tools
-The ability to work independently and hold a high standard
-Strong work ethic and genuine attention to detail

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.

Area: Paoli, Wayne, Berwyn, Devon, Newtown Square
