Full Time Apartment Maintenance Technician

Immediate full time opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician for complex located in St Louis. Must have experience in general maintenance including electrical and plumbing. HVAC experience is desired but not required. Responsibilities include Make Readies (apartment turns), Service Requests and Preventative Maintenance. Candidate must have their own tools, transportation and a valid Drivers license, must be self motivated, customer service oriented and be a team player. Competitive benefit package offered, compensation based on experience, range $18.00 -$24.00 per hour. Background screening required, EOE
