Full Time Auto Body Parts Inventory

Ray Mees Auto Coach is seeking a dependable and organized Parts Inventory Specialist to join our busy collision repair team in North Bergen, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, photograph, and organize incoming automotive parts
Verify parts against invoices, estimates, and repair orders
Identify damaged, incorrect, or missing parts
Label and store parts by vehicle and repair order
Maintain accurate parts inventory records
Track backordered parts and follow up with vendors
Coordinate parts returns and credits
Communicate with estimators, technicians, vendors, and management
Keep the parts department clean and organized
Help ensure all required parts are available before repairs begin

Qualifications:

Automotive or collision-repair parts experience preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer and inventory-management skills
Ability to lift and move automotive parts
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

This is a full-time position with a well-established, manufacturer-certified collision repair company. Compensation is based on experience.
