🔧 Experienced Auto Repair Mechanic – Full Time
Dixie Auto Techs is looking for an experienced, dependable Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our growing team.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can diagnose problems accurately, and wants to work in a professional shop where quality and customer service matter.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair cars and light trucks
- Perform brake, suspension, steering, and drivetrain repairs
- Perform oil changes and routine maintenance
- Diagnose check-engine lights and electrical issues
- Perform engine and A/C repairs
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete repairs efficiently and properly the first time
- Previous professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Own basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
