Full-Time Cabinet Installer (W2 Position – No Subcontractors)

Compensation:
$1,200 per week (W2, full-time, 40 hours)

West Chester, OH
We are hiring 1 full-time in-house cabinet installer.
This is a W2 employee position.
No subcontractors. No 1099. No per-job crews.
What you’ll be doing:
Install kitchen cabinets at customer homes
Handle service calls and customer issues
Perform repairs and adjustments
Assemble cabinets in the shop
Help with deliveries when needed
Work is split between shop and job sites depending on the day.
Schedule:
40 hours per week (steady schedule)
Consistent, year-round work
Requirements:
Cabinet installation experience required
Must be able to work as part of a team (not independently as a contractor)
Reliable, on time, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with tools and problem-solving on-site
Valid driver’s license preferred
