Full time cabinet maker needed (benchman - millworker - woodworker)

Valiant Architectural Millwork is a family owned millwork business committed to providing the highest level of quality and service in the industry. Working with general contractors, architects, designers, and clients throughout New England, we specialize in health care and education commercial millwork. We also have a growing high end residential.

With a strong reputation built on over 60 years of operations, Valiant is experiencing steady and consistent growth, and is seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

Duties:

• Operate and maintain millwork machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, cad drawings, and work orders.
• Use hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble millwork and solid surface components.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:`

• Aptitude for building and assembling millwork.
• Strong fabrication skills.
• Ability to learn to read and interpret blueprints, cad drawings, and work orders.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools for fabrication.

This position requires a high attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship and a desire to produce high-quality millwork products.
