Full-Time Construction Worker – Carpentry & Painting – Clean Driver’s

Description
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of residential construction experience
- Strong carpentry and painting skills
- Experience with framing, drywall, trim, doors, flooring, demolition, and general repairs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be dependable, responsible, punctual, and ready to work
- Must be available for 40 hours every week
- Able to travel between job sites throughout Westchester County
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Able to safely use power tools and construction equipment
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds and work on ladders
- Must maintain a clean and organized job site
- Must follow all safety requirements
- Smartphone required for calls, texts, photographs, and job updates
- Professional attitude and respectful behavior around customers and other workers
- At least two work references required
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Own basic hand tools
- Experience renovating kitchens and bathrooms
- Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge
- Experience reading measurements and material lists
- Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful but not required
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional overtime or Saturday work may be available
- Pay: $___ to $___ per hour, depending on experience
