Full-Time Countertop Installers: Laminate & Solid Surface

Nevada Countertop Supply is seeking experienced laminate and solid-surface countertop installers for projects throughout the Phoenix area and surrounding communities. Applicants may specialize in laminate, solid surface, or both.

Ideal candidates have professional countertop installation experience and can work independently while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and customer service.

This position is paid by piece rate, with compensation based on completed installations.

Responsibilities

• Install laminate and/or solid-surface countertops
• Install backsplashes, end splashes, seams, and related components
• Read and follow work orders, measurements, and installation drawings
• Scribe, fit, level, and adjust countertops as needed
• Verify job-site conditions before beginning installation
• Communicate job-site concerns to the project management team
• Safely handle and move countertop materials
• Maintain a clean and professional work area
• Provide courteous service while working in customers’ homes

Requirements

• Professional laminate or solid-surface installation experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and complete projects efficiently
• Ability to read measurements and installation documentation
• Appropriate countertop installation tools and equipment
• Ability to safely lift and move countertop materials
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Ability to pass a background check

Schedule

Full-time workload based on available installation projects. Scheduling may vary depending on project needs.
