Full-Time Custom Stone Countertop Fabricator (Highly Experienced)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Cutting Edge Countertops, Inc. is driven to provide the best quality products in the commercial, and residential, countertop markets. We are seeking a highly experienced countertop fabricator to join our team. This position is for a skilled professional who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom stone countertops including quartz, granite, marble, quartzite, and porcelain
• Read and interpret shop drawings, templates, and specifications
• Perform cutting, shaping, polishing, laminations, edge details, and sink cutouts
• Operate fabrication equipment including bridge saws, polishers, and hand tools
• Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail
• Follow shop safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in custom stone fabrication
• Strong knowledge of stone materials, fabrication techniques, and tooling
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English

This is a full-time position, subject to overtime, in an organized and safe shop. We will provide all tools, 2 weeks paid vacation, and 10 paid holidays per year after probation period.
