Full time Experienced Duct Cleaning Technician

We are a 24/7 mold remediation company with over 25 years of experience we are looking for the right fit for our company that can put extra money in your paycheck This is an immediate hire position

A duct cleaning technician cleans, inspects, and maintains residential or commercial HVAC ductwork, registers, and dryer vents to improve indoor air quality and system efficiency.

Key duties involve using specialized vacuum/brush systems to remove contaminants, moving furniture, and providing high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning Operations: Use high-powered vacuums and agitation tools (whip systems, brushes) to clean supply and return air ducts.
System Maintenance: Remove/clean air registers, grills, and dampers, and clean furnace cabinets, remove and clean blowers and A/C coils in place

Inspection & Testing: Inspect ductwork for debris buildup, mold, or damage, and verify system integrity before/after cleaning.

Safety & Compliance: Follow NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) standards and safety protocols.

Customer Service: Explain the cleaning process, answer questions, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction before during and after you complete the job to make sure they are 100% satisfied with the quality of your work

Equipment Care: Prepare, maintain, and secure company vehicles and tools.

Requirements

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work in tight, confined spaces.
Driver’s License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and your own transportation
Background Check: complete criminal background checks
Must have 5 years of experience with HVAC components
Experience in customer service or field service
Must live within the 25 miles of our office

Preferred Qualifications

NADCA Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) certification.
