**WE'RE HIRING — FULL-TIME FARM, FLEET & PROPERTY MAINTENANCE | STANFIELD, NC**

We're looking for one of those people who can **fix just about anything.**

This is NOT just a farm-hand position. We're looking for someone mechanically inclined who can take ownership of keeping our farm, vehicles and equipment running.

🚜 **The job includes:**

• Tractor, bush hog & zero-turn operation
• Mowing & property maintenance
• Fence & gate building/repair
• Vehicle maintenance & basic repairs
• Tractor, mower & small-engine maintenance
• Trailer hookup, towing & backing
• Chainsaw/brush work
• Basic construction & repairs
• General farm maintenance
• Occasional help around our working Border Collies/kennel

**The person we're looking for is self-directed.** If you see something broken, your instinct is to grab the tools and fix it—not wait for someone to tell you.

Experience in farming, automotive/diesel repair, equipment maintenance, landscaping, construction, golf-course maintenance, horse farms or similar work could all be a great fit.

**Full-time • Year-round • Stanfield, NC**

Valid driver's license required. Must be dependable, comfortable working outdoors and experienced with tools/equipment.
