Full-Time Handyman - 3 West Village Restaurants - $1,200/Week

FULL-TIME HANDYMAN / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - 3 WEST VILLAGE RESTAURANTS

We operate three restaurants in Manhattan, in and around the West Village, and we are looking for one reliable, full-time handyman to keep all three locations running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• General repairs: patching and painting walls, doors, locks, furniture, shelving, tile, hardware
• Basic plumbing: clogged sinks and floor drains, leaks, faucets, traps, toilets, water heaters
• Basic electrical: outlets, switches, lighting, ballasts, breakers, fixture replacement
• Preventive maintenance walkthroughs at each location
• Handle small problems before they become expensive ones, and coordinate outside contractors when a job needs a licensed specialist

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven hands-on experience in general repair, plumbing and electrical basics
• Restaurant, bar or hospitality maintenance experience is a strong plus
• Able to move between our three West Village locations during the day (walking distance)
• Dependable, punctual, works clean, and communicates when something needs attention
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• English or Spanish - both is a plus

WHAT WE OFFER

• $1,200 per week ($30/hour based on a 40-hour week), full-time, paid weekly

HANDYMAN / TECNICO DE MANTENIMIENTO A TIEMPO COMPLETO - 3 RESTAURANTES EN EL WEST VILLAGE

Tenemos tres restaurantes en Manhattan, en el West Village y sus alrededores, y buscamos un handyman de confianza, a tiempo completo, para mantener los tres locales funcionando.

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Reparaciones generales: paredes, pintura, puertas, cerraduras, muebles, estantes, azulejos y herrajes
• Plomeria basica: desagues tapados, fugas, llaves, sifones, inodoros, calentadores de agua
• Electricidad basica: tomacorrientes, interruptores, iluminacion, balastos, breakers
• Recorridos de mantenimiento preventivo en cada local
• Resolver los problemas pequenos antes de que se vuelvan caros, y coordinar contratistas externos cuando se requiera un especialista con licencia

REQUISITOS

• Experiencia comprobada en reparaciones generales, plomeria y electricidad basica
• Experiencia en restaurantes, bares u hoteleria es una gran ventaja
• Disponibilidad para moverse entre nuestros tres locales del West Village durante el dia (a poca distancia a pie)
• Puntual, responsable, trabaja limpio y avisa cuando algo necesita atencion
• Autorizacion legal para trabajar en EE.UU.
• Ingles o espanol - los dos es una ventaja

OFRECEMOS

• $1,200 por semana ($30/hora sobre una semana de 40 horas), tiempo completo, pago semanal
