Full-Time Handyman / Jack of All Trades – Bronx and Brooklyn
Property management company in the Bronx and brooklyn seeking a full-time handyman.
Must have experience with:
Light plumbing & electrical
Gas Boiler maintenance
Maintenance and trouble shooting of split ac and hvac units
Framing, sheetrock & plaster
Painting & general maintenance
Requirements:
Proven maintenance experience
Must have a car
Bilingual English & Spanish (must read and speak English)
Able to work independently
Tools preferred
Full-time, steady work. Pay based on experience.
