Full-Time Handyman – Sacramento Area ($23-$27)

We are hiring a Full-Time Handyman to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, skilled, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Job Duties:

Drywall repairs and patching
Door, window, and hardware installation/repair
Basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, etc.)
Basic electrical work (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
Cabinet, trim, and finish carpentry
Apartment turns and maintenance repairs
General property maintenance and renovation work

Requirements:
3+ years of handyman or apartment maintenance experience
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repairs
Own basic hand tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and complete jobs efficiently
Professional attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail
Authorized to work in the U.S.
