### Starting Pay: **$24–$28 PER HOUR**

You'll receive training on our products and installation processes.
Our work can include:
- Attic insulation systems
- Aluminum insulation products
- Solar attic fans
- Interior and exterior thermal insulating coatings

- Other specialty products and installations
But experience isn't everything.

We typically work **4–6 days per week** and travel to different cities throughout Texas and surrounding states.
When you're traveling for work, **we take care of the hotel/lodging.**
You'll work alongside other installers and our sales teams while seeing different parts of the region.
And you don't need to provide your own work truck.

If you have a valid driver's license and a **clean driving record**, you're ready to go.
